The fellowship offers hands-on experience in software engineering, focusing on data engineering, cloud-native applications, and Agile workflows with mentorship from experienced professionals.

Lead and operate PVM's Huntsville hub as a mini-business: manage people, processes, standards, goals, operating rhythm, and P&L. Build repeatable documentation and cadence to scale future hubs, drive accountability, and meet financial and operational targets within the first year.

Build and deliver front-end analytical dashboards in Palantir Foundry, support CI/CD pipeline configuration, implement metric definitions and data transformations, produce technical documentation, and participate in agile sprint activities. Test and validate dashboards, resolve integration issues, and support defect fixes while collaborating with senior engineers and government stakeholders.
