Lead art direction for global, digital-first fashion campaigns: develop 360 concepts, scale visuals across touchpoints, brief and collaborate with production, social and design, steward creative excellence, leverage AI tools for visualization, and travel globally for shoots.

Lead execution and optimization of paid social campaigns across major platforms, collaborate with creative, analytics and agencies to build full-funnel strategies, run testing and audience/creative segmentation, manage DPA/DABA and programmatic/OOH partnerships, and present data-driven recommendations to drive sales and brand growth.

Lead PVH's undergraduate internship and early talent programs end-to-end: recruit, onboard, develop, manage performance, and drive intern-to-full-time conversions. Execute campus recruiting, build university and external partnerships, partner with HR and business leaders, and manage program operations, budgets, reporting, and continuous improvements to scale talent pipelines.
