Provide technical support and implementation for installed SaaS clients: own tickets, troubleshoot and configure systems, provide phone support, foster client competency, and continuously improve customer experience.

Create and optimize health and wellness SEO content: audit existing pages, publish long-form articles (10-12/month), implement on-page SEO and schema, build location and product pages, manage content calendar, collaborate with clinicians for accuracy, and monitor performance via Search Console and GA4 to drive organic growth.
