Lead a team of 5–8 engineers while remaining hands-on in designing and delivering robust C#/.NET software. Guide architecture and technical decisions, review code, mentor engineers, manage technical risks, and promote strong practices across design, testing, and deployment. Partner with Product and Engineering Managers to connect delivery priorities with customer outcomes and maintain a balance between delivery speed and long-term quality.

Develop and execute consultative sales strategies for new market verticals, generate and manage qualified pipelines, conduct customized product demonstrations, guide prospects through the buying journey, and close deals to meet or exceed quotas. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to address technical challenges and support customer implementation, along with adaptability in an evolving market environment.

Manages and coaches a team of Sales Development Representatives and team leads to achieve pipeline, KPI, quota, and forecasting goals. Responsibilities include hiring, training, performance management, outbound prospecting coaching, sales process adherence, ICP-aligned messaging, cadence optimization, and collaboration with sales leadership, operations, and enablement. The manager also drives GTM AI adoption to improve SDR productivity and develops team career paths.
