Serve as a strategic HR advisor across a fast-paced SaaS company, driving employee relations, workforce planning, investigations, performance management, organizational design, leave and accommodation compliance, HR program rollout, and HR analytics. Partner with leaders to build inclusive high-performing teams, leverage HRIS and AI tools to improve processes, and ensure legally sound documentation and consistent multi-state employment practices.

Design and build scalable software solutions using .NET and C#, contribute to API development, CI/CD, architecture, and product delivery. Collaborate across engineering, product, design, QA, and SRE teams while managing project commitments and timelines. Mentor team members, solve complex technical problems, and continuously improve engineering practices. The role offers opportunities to expand leadership responsibilities in a collaborative SaaS environment.

Own customer onboarding, implementation coordination, training support, ongoing relationship management, and monthly check-ins for churches using Nurture. Translate between customers and engineering, document scalable playbooks, improve support workflows, and identify automation opportunities. The role will progressively manage an assigned book of approximately 50 churches while partnering with the Head of Customer Experience and traveling periodically for in-person training and customer engagements.
