Provide end-to-end technical support for Pushpay SaaS products via ticketing, chat, phone, and email. Troubleshoot platform issues, own incidents to resolution, escalate complex anomalies, maintain queue health and KPIs, and contribute to the team knowledge base.

Design, build and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure and tooling; automate operations; debug systems; participate in on-call support; mentor engineers; drive operability, architecture and PCI-compliant practices; collaborate across product, QA and other teams to ship high-quality production features.

Design and build high-level systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product experience, requiring a passion for learning and adaptability.
