The Product Manager 2 manages the product lifecycle of Resi Studio, optimizing user experience for media streaming, and collaborating across teams to execute product launches and data analysis.

Provide end-to-end technical support for Pushpay SaaS products via ticketing, chat, phone, and email. Troubleshoot platform issues, own incidents to resolution, escalate complex anomalies, maintain queue health and KPIs, and contribute to the team knowledge base.

Design, build and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure and tooling; automate operations; debug systems; participate in on-call support; mentor engineers; drive operability, architecture and PCI-compliant practices; collaborate across product, QA and other teams to ship high-quality production features.
