Support on-site project coordination: prepare status reports, meeting agendas and minutes, track action items, update schedules, assist budget preparation and cost tracking, analyze Excel financial data, create process maps, and produce executive presentations and dashboards.

Design, implement, and troubleshoot hybrid Oracle Cloud Infrastructure environments. Lead cross-domain coordination across network, systems, applications and vendors. Support configuration and requirements management for a U.S. Navy product development program. Maintain CM data in CMPro, manage requirements and traceability in IBM DOORS, support engineering change activities, generate reports and traceability matrices, collaborate with systems engineers and stakeholders, and support audits, reviews, and continuous process improvement throughout the system development lifecycle.

The Software Developer collaborates with team members on standalone applications in a Linux environment, utilizing Agile methodologies, while focusing on software development and problem-solving.

Lead planning, scheduling, and coordination for submarine deployment activities; serve as primary liaison with TYCOMs and Navy leadership; manage documentation and status reporting; align engineering, logistics, and program teams; assign and track tasks; monitor progress and resolve issues to ensure timely, compliant installations.

Support mechanical design and drafting for U.S. Navy submarine programs: create/update 2D/3D drawings, maintain material lists, perform basic power distribution calculations, conduct ship checks, update redlines, participate in design reviews, and coordinate with engineers. Occasional travel to naval installations; must be able to work in confined spaces and climb vertical ladders.

Provide Windows and RHEL system administration and desktop support, manage virtualization (VMware vSphere), perform patching, backups, vulnerability remediation and STIG-based hardening, support Information Assurance and cybersecurity tasks, troubleshoot hardware/software, and assist lab operations and inventory activities.

Support senior engineers and project managers with project oversight, risk management, Integrated Master Schedule updates in Microsoft Project, meeting coordination and minutes, action item tracking, and updates to technical documentation (SEPs, Test Plans, CM/QA plans).

Support electrical engineering for U.S. Navy submarine programs: review systems, documentation, and schematics; conduct live and lab tests; provide RF design and analysis recommendations; and apply engineering rigor to test plans, results, and documentation.
