Support engineering teams and senior engineers with project oversight, risk management, IMS updates in Microsoft Project, meeting coordination, action-item tracking, and maintenance of technical project documentation (SEPs, Test Plans, CM, QA).

Lead planning, scheduling, and coordination for submarine deployment installations. Serve as primary liaison with Navy TYCOMs and fleet, manage documentation and status reporting, align engineering/logistics teams, track tasks, resolve issues, and refine procedures to ensure timely, compliant execution.

Support configuration and requirements management for a U.S. Navy product development program. Maintain CM data in CMPro, manage requirements and traceability in IBM DOORS, support engineering change activities, generate reports and traceability matrices, collaborate with systems engineers and stakeholders, and support audits, reviews, and continuous process improvement throughout the system development lifecycle.

Support electrical design and drafting for U.S. Navy submarine programs by developing 2D cabling and interface diagrams, wiring tables, installation and arrangement drawings, maintaining material lists, performing basic power distribution analyses, conducting ship checks, updating drawings per standards (ASME Y14.3), and coordinating with engineers and project staff.

Manage contract lifecycle for state, municipal, and public safety programs, including drafting, negotiation, compliance, and subcontract administration. Partner with project managers on financial oversight—budgeting, forecasting, profitability, billings, and collections—while preparing reports, identifying risks, and supporting operational improvements and cross-functional coordination.
