Design, implement, and troubleshoot hybrid Oracle Cloud Infrastructure environments. Lead cross-domain coordination across network, systems, applications and vendors. Automate with Ansible and Functions, containerize apps, manage Kubernetes/OpenShift, integrate logging/monitoring (Splunk, ELK, Grafana), and secure cloud resources (IAM, WAF, NSGs).

Leads enterprise PLM implementation, integration, configuration, testing, deployment, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Develops integrations across PLM, CAD, ERP, MES, QMS, MBSE, and other systems while establishing Digital Thread connections. Creates architectures, requirements, integration specifications, roadmaps, test plans, and documentation. Coordinates cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, configuration management, and IT activities. Provides technical leadership, SME guidance, training, and mentoring for complex PLM and Digital Engineering initiatives.

Supports Configuration Management and Requirements Management for a U.S. Navy product development program. Maintains configuration-controlled technical data, requirements, baselines, traceability, reports, and documentation using CMPro and IBM DOORS. Assists with engineering change proposals, technical reviews, audits, testing, stakeholder meetings, discrepancy resolution, and process improvement while partnering with Systems Engineering and Configuration Management teams.
