Support engineering teams and senior engineers with project oversight, risk management, IMS updates in Microsoft Project, meeting coordination, action-item tracking, and maintenance of technical project documentation (SEPs, Test Plans, CM, QA).

Lead planning, scheduling, and coordination for submarine deployment installations. Serve as primary liaison with Navy TYCOMs and fleet, manage documentation and status reporting, align engineering/logistics teams, track tasks, resolve issues, and refine procedures to ensure timely, compliant execution.

Support configuration and requirements management for a U.S. Navy product development program. Maintain CM data in CMPro, manage requirements and traceability in IBM DOORS, support engineering change activities, generate reports and traceability matrices, collaborate with systems engineers and stakeholders, and support audits, reviews, and continuous process improvement throughout the system development lifecycle.
