Processes accounts payable transactions, purchase order and subcontractor vouchers, cash receipts, and checks. Maintains vendor records and documentation in Deltek Costpoint and ShareFile, reconciles invoices with receiving records, resolves corrections and open items, and supports purchasing and vendor communications. Ensures accurate, timely, and compliant financial data entry while meeting recurring daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines.

Coordinates assigned technical and field projects by maintaining schedules, documentation, action items, deliverables, vendor commitments, customer communications, installation logistics, and closeout records. Supports Project Managers across engineering, software, QA, production, shipping, installers, subcontractors, and customers. Tracks risks, prerequisites, invoices, punch lists, and acceptance documents while escalating unresolved issues. The role requires strong organization, communication, follow-through, document control, technical aptitude, and judgment. Some customer and field travel may be required.

Develop and maintain Java and JavaFX applications, testing and simulation utilities, and web-service migration solutions for air-gapped tactical environments. Build, containerize, and validate software using Podman before deployment to K3s infrastructure. Diagnose Linux host, networking, operating-system, and application issues in STIG-compliant environments. Work independently across design, integration, verification, and release activities while using automated build and CI/CD tooling.
