Serve as a member of executive leadership to direct financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, compliance, and financial operations. Provide data-driven insights, develop profit models, monitor financial performance, collaborate cross-functionally, and lead and mentor the finance team to drive growth, cost optimization, and regulatory adherence for a home health organization.

Lead day-to-day administrative operations across two home-health offices, supervise and develop office staff, manage intake/onboarding/credentialing, support payroll/billing/audits, ensure regulatory compliance and accurate employee records, build referral relationships, and drive process improvements to support agency growth.

Provide skilled home health nursing as a Case Manager: manage a caseload, make independent clinical decisions, deliver personalized in-home care, perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs), travel to patient homes, maintain licensure, complete background checks, and document care while supporting patient safety and recovery.
