Lead the strategy, implementation, rollout, and ongoing management of electronic medical record systems across home care and home health operations. Evaluate vendors, develop a multi-state platform roadmap, manage project plans and integrations with ADP and Salesforce, coordinate data requirements, oversee upgrades and sprint delivery, manage vendor relationships, and train clinical, billing, HR, and operations teams.

Leads home health clinical operations and personnel, coordinating patient services, guiding care planning and delivery, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance, maintaining clinical records and reports, and conducting clinical staff performance evaluations. Requires an RN license in good standing; one year of home care leadership experience is preferred.

Enterprise leader responsible for clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and risk across multi-state Home Health and Home Care operations. Oversees audits, corrective actions, QAPI initiatives, OASIS accuracy, accreditation readiness, compliance reporting, and teams. Partners with CEO, executive leadership, and Board to set strategy, scale compliance infrastructure, and improve patient outcomes.
