Lead end-to-end technical programs spanning edge device firmware, middleware, and cloud APIs. Scope requirements, translate into epics and tickets, coordinate engineering/QA/product/field teams, track CI/CD and deployment frameworks, manage risks and rollouts, and ensure field readiness and stakeholder alignment across global studio locations.

Lead coordination and operational management of large-scale platform transformation programs. Maintain integrated plans, track dependencies, risks, and action items across business and technical workstreams. Partner with Technical PM to translate technical milestones into business readiness activities, facilitate cross-functional meetings, keep Jira/Confluence current, manage vendor coordination, and drive accountability to ensure on-time launches and disciplined program governance.

Lead front-end architect and hands-on engineer building scalable, performant React and Next.js applications on AWS. Own features end-to-end, drive architectural decisions, mentor engineers, improve performance and reliability, collaborate with product, design, backend, and infrastructure teams, and maintain technical documentation.

Analyze business questions, build dashboards and reports, conduct impact analyses and simple deterministic models, collaborate with data engineers to augment datasets, develop documentation and low-code end-user applications, and present insights to stakeholders to support data-driven decisions.

Design, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain data ingestion pipelines to transform raw data into modeled datasets for analysis and reporting. Build analytical data models, implement dbt, orchestrate workflows (Airflow/Astronomer/Dagster), optimize SQL, and process large-scale cloud data.

Lead Purpose Brands' international franchise growth: develop multi-year strategy, build/execute international sales playbooks, identify and secure franchise partners, conduct market research, negotiate agreements, collaborate cross-functionally, rebuild and scale brand-specific development models, and report to senior leadership while supporting existing franchise partner growth.

Lead end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research programs to inform brand, product, and CX strategy across global Purpose Brands. Synthesize customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence, manage external research vendors, and deliver actionable insights to marketing, operations, and product teams to drive growth and customer-centric decision making.

Lead enterprise strategic initiatives and corporate development efforts, conduct market and competitive analysis, build financial models, evaluate growth and M&A opportunities, prepare executive and board materials, and partner cross-functionally to drive data-driven decisions supporting long-term strategy.
