Lead end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research programs to inform brand, product, and CX strategy across global Purpose Brands. Synthesize customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence, manage external research vendors, and deliver actionable insights to marketing, operations, and product teams to drive growth and customer-centric decision making.

Lead enterprise strategic initiatives and corporate development efforts, conduct market and competitive analysis, build financial models, evaluate growth and M&A opportunities, prepare executive and board materials, and partner cross-functionally to drive data-driven decisions supporting long-term strategy.

Lead end-to-end technical programs spanning edge device firmware, middleware, and cloud APIs. Build and maintain scalable, high-performance front-end applications using React and Next.js on AWS. Participate in planning, own features end-to-end, improve performance and reliability, collaborate across stacks, lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and document architectural decisions.

Design, architect, and build scalable backend systems and Java Spring REST APIs. Develop AWS infrastructure-as-code with Python, ensure reliability, participate in design reviews and code quality, and independently deliver projects while occasionally leading distributed contractors.

Lead operational strategy and delivery for Healthy Contributions, owning cross-brand program and project execution from concept to launch. Drive payor/provider program implementation, financial and performance tracking, change management, and stakeholder communications. Partner with Technology, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Brand teams, manage direct reports, and set standards for scalable operations, risk mitigation, and franchise enablement.

Analyze business questions, build dashboards and reports, conduct impact analyses and simple deterministic models, collaborate with data engineers to augment datasets, develop documentation and low-code end-user applications, and present insights to stakeholders to support data-driven decisions.

Architect and build scalable, cloud-native backend systems and Java Spring REST APIs. Develop AWS infrastructure as code with Python and Terraform/CloudFormation/CDK, ensure system reliability, lead technical design and code quality, collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams, and deliver projects end-to-end.
