Leads an in-house creative studio serving a multi-brand portfolio. Sets creative standards, directs campaigns and production, manages studio intake and workflow, allocates resources, oversees budgets and external partners, and develops AI-assisted production processes. Builds and leads multidisciplinary teams, partners with marketing and executive stakeholders, and measures creative effectiveness, capacity, throughput, and business impact.

Leads enterprise brand strategy, consumer insights, creative excellence, content strategy, and organic social media across a multi-brand portfolio. Partners with brand leaders to develop differentiated positioning, translate insights into creative campaigns, build culturally relevant consumer engagement, and improve marketing effectiveness. Oversees in-house creative and research teams, agency partnerships, experimentation, and emerging AI-enabled marketing capabilities.

Manage and optimize paid search and social campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms to drive leads, bookings, and memberships. Responsibilities include media buying, budget management, targeting and bidding optimization, creative and audience testing, funnel performance analysis, reporting, and CPA/ROAS improvement. Collaborate with analytics, brand marketing, and local marketing teams to support national campaigns and scalable performance across thousands of local markets.

Manage and optimize local paid media campaigns (PPC, paid social, traditional) for franchise partners. Support agency onboarding and performance, provide technical tagging/reporting, deliver franchisee training and insights, and execute tests to grow local demand generation.

Lead franchise growth by sourcing, qualifying, and closing franchise candidates. Build Ideal Franchisee Profiles, perform market/territory analysis, maintain pipeline and forecasts, run presentations and discovery days, and partner cross-functionally to onboard and plan territories.

Manage benefits administration and employee support: enrollments, life events, COBRA, vendor coordination, invoice reconciliation, compliance (ACA/ERISA/FMLA), HRIS data management (Workday/ADP/Paylocity), reporting, open enrollment and wellness program support.
