Lead operational roadmap and deliver complex cross-brand healthcare payor and wellness initiatives. Build scalable, performant front-end applications using React and Next.js on AWS. Own features end-to-end, participate in planning, drive performance and reliability improvements, collaborate across stacks, lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and maintain technical documentation.

Manage benefits administration and employee support: enrollments, life events, COBRA, vendor coordination, invoice reconciliation, compliance (ACA/ERISA/FMLA), HRIS data management (Workday/ADP/Paylocity), reporting, open enrollment and wellness program support.

Lead front-end architect and hands-on engineer building scalable, performant React and Next.js applications on AWS. Own features end-to-end, drive architectural decisions, mentor engineers, improve performance and reliability, collaborate with product, design, backend, and infrastructure teams, and maintain technical documentation.

Manage and execute B2B franchise development marketing for four brands: lead generation, digital/print creative, email and LinkedIn campaigns, trade shows, broker marketing, reporting/analytics, and cross-team coordination to drive franchise sales pipeline.

Lead Purpose Brands' international franchise growth: develop multi-year strategy, build/execute international sales playbooks, identify and secure franchise partners, conduct market research, negotiate agreements, collaborate cross-functionally, rebuild and scale brand-specific development models, and report to senior leadership while supporting existing franchise partner growth.

Lead enterprise strategic initiatives and corporate development efforts, conduct market and competitive analysis, build financial models, evaluate growth and M&A opportunities, prepare executive and board materials, and partner cross-functionally to drive data-driven decisions supporting long-term strategy.

Lead and optimize Help Desk operations supporting employees across multiple brands. Manage a Help Desk team, oversee onboarding/offboarding, device lifecycle, endpoint troubleshooting, identity/access management, and video conferencing support. Monitor ticket queues and SLAs, maintain documentation and knowledge bases, collaborate with ITSM, Infrastructure, and Security, and support audits and compliance efforts.
