Lead operational roadmap and deliver complex cross-brand healthcare payor and wellness initiatives. Own project lifecycle from scope to launch, apply agile methodologies, manage financials and KPIs, enable franchise and partner adoption, and lead a team while partnering with Technology, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Brand leaders to drive scalable program execution and continuous improvement.

Lead end-to-end technical programs spanning edge device firmware, middleware, and cloud APIs. Scope requirements, translate into epics and tickets, coordinate engineering/QA/product/field teams, track CI/CD and deployment frameworks, manage risks and rollouts, and ensure field readiness and stakeholder alignment across global studio locations.

Manage and optimize local paid media campaigns (PPC, paid social, traditional) for franchise partners. Support agency onboarding and performance, provide technical tagging/reporting, deliver franchisee training and insights, and execute tests to grow local demand generation.
