Manages e-commerce operations for Adobe Commerce brands, including product setup, promotions, catalog updates, platform support, issue resolution, vendor coordination, and testing. Leads order management reporting, dashboards, KPI monitoring, FedEx analytics, root-cause analysis, and process improvement. Partners with Supply Chain, IT, Product, Marketing, Finance, and vendors on operational and technology projects while supporting BigCommerce business continuity and identifying AI and automation opportunities.

Manage and optimize paid search and social campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms to drive leads, bookings, and memberships. Responsibilities include media buying, budget management, targeting and bidding optimization, creative and audience testing, funnel performance analysis, reporting, and CPA/ROAS improvement. Collaborate with analytics, brand marketing, and local marketing teams to support national campaigns and scalable performance across thousands of local markets.

Lead operational roadmap and deliver complex cross-brand healthcare payor and wellness initiatives. Own project lifecycle from scope to launch, apply agile methodologies, manage financials and KPIs, enable franchise and partner adoption, and lead a team while partnering with Technology, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Brand leaders to drive scalable program execution and continuous improvement.
