Lead warehouse receiving, fulfillment, and distribution operations across channels. Drive continuous improvement (5S, L2L), mentor managers, coordinate cross-functional process improvements, and ensure productivity, quality, safety, and cost targets.

Own end-to-end multi-state payroll for hourly and salaried employees, manage a payroll team, ensure tax and regulatory compliance, reconcile payroll accounting and journal entries, manage vendors/TPAs, build payroll policies and controls, partner with HR, and identify automation opportunities to scale payroll operations.

Own end-to-end Amazon marketplace inventory operations: FBA replenishment planning, demand forecasting, in-stock rate performance, and out-of-stock risk mitigation. Coordinate with logistics and 3PLs, manage FBA capacity and fees, build ASIN-level forecasts and inventory health dashboards, monitor NCX/return drivers, and execute FBA reimbursements and process improvements.

Lead a Thursday–Saturday wholesale/warehouse team to meet forecasts and KPIs (SIFOT, DIFOT, picking timeliness). Mentor staff, drive continuous improvement and 5S, monitor productivity, ensure safety and quality, collaborate with HR/logistics/production, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and extended standing.

The Market Development Specialist drives revenue growth by training retail partners on Purple products, building strong relationships, and executing sales strategies.
