Coordinates customer notifications, service schedules, driver and technician routes, emergency requests, and daily coverage across locations. Responds to customer inquiries, improves billing and routing processes, reinforces safety practices, and provides administrative and operational support.

Manage a portfolio of industrial water treatment customers, serving as their primary advocate and coordinating with Sales, Engineering, Service, Operations, and Marketing. Responsibilities include customer check-ins, site visits, quoting support, custom proposal coordination, billing issue resolution, CRM rollout support, account records, customer education, and identifying new business opportunities. The role is split between office work and customer visits, with occasional extended hours and quarterly travel to headquarters.
