Manages key e-commerce channel relationships, negotiates agreements, drives account revenue, optimizes budgets and product listings, analyzes sales KPIs, and coordinates marketing, supply chain, fulfillment, inventory, and customer experience initiatives. Presents account performance reports, resolves operational issues, and ensures consistent brand positioning across partner platforms.

Handle customer queries through email, chat, social media, WhatsApp, and other non-voice channels. Resolve issues involving orders, deliveries, refunds, returns, payments, and products; coordinate with internal teams; maintain interaction records; identify recurring concerns; follow brand communication standards; and meet response, resolution, quality, and satisfaction targets.

Supports end-to-end recruitment coordination, candidate sourcing and screening, interview scheduling, offer documentation, pre-joining engagement, and hiring data maintenance. Also assists with employee onboarding, documentation, HR records, attendance and payroll inputs, employee lifecycle processes, exits, and day-to-day HR operations. The role requires strong communication, follow-up, coordination, organization, attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
