At Plum, we're building one of India's most exciting beauty and personal care businesses—and as we grow, we're looking for young minds who can help us solve problems differently. We're looking for high-potential engineering graduates who are analytical, curious, commercially sharp and excited about solving real business problems. This isn't a traditional engineering role. It's an opportunity to take the problem-solving ability you've built through engineering and apply it to business, consumers, e-commerce, supply chain, growth, operations and strategy.
What You'll Do
You'll work on high-impact projects across different parts of the business depending on your strengths, interests and business priorities.
You could find yourself solving questions like:
- How can we improve inventory availability without significantly increasing working capital?
- Why is a particular marketplace/category growing faster than another?
- How can we improve forecasting accuracy across thousands of SKUs and channels?
- Which business processes can be automated or simplified?
- Where should we deploy the next rupee of investment to generate maximum impact?
- How can data help us identify a business problem before it becomes visible?
And then you'll be expected to help implement the answer, not just present it.
