Senior People and Culture Business Partner responsible for advising leaders, shaping people strategies, talent and performance management, organizational effectiveness, and culture development. The role also owns global mobility strategy and operations, including international assignments, relocation, immigration, tax, cross-border compliance, reward, benefits, shadow payroll, and vendor management across Europe and the GCC. Requires strong business partnering, change management, project management, and experience in complex multinational or private-equity-backed organizations.

Own and optimize sales operations systems, CRM implementation, pipeline management, account planning, stakeholder mapping, land book maintenance, reporting, presentations, forecasting, and financial analysis. Partner with senior sales leadership and cross-functional teams to improve data integrity, commercial visibility, process efficiency, and coordination across the global sales organization.

Leads Pure DC’s project management function across customer fit-outs, construction-to-operations handovers, lifecycle capital programmes, and internal projects. Owns customer relationships, budgets, contractor procurement, change management, commercial growth, risk, compliance, and delivery quality. Manages regional project teams and third-party partners across multiple geographies while establishing scalable governance, processes, and project controls.

Own and expand relationships with hyperscale, cloud, and AI infrastructure customers across Europe and the Middle East. Originate and close large-scale data center opportunities, lead complex commercial negotiations, secure contracted capacity, and shape development strategy around customer needs. The role oversees executive customer relationships, regional MW bookings, strategic account plans, and €1bn+ developments while partnering with engineering, construction, finance, investment, and legal teams. It also includes recruiting and leading a high-performing commercial organization.

Lead development and optimization of project schedules across the full project lifecycle for large, multi‑disciplinary programmes (including data centres). Create and integrate master schedules using Primavera P6/Oracle Primavera Cloud and BIM scheduling, conduct critical path analysis and schedule health checks, advise on construction methods, coordinate with design and delivery teams, support planning managers, and provide strategic reporting, risk analysis and scenario modelling to enable on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
