Operate, maintain and optimise a pyrolysis plant; build and validate process models (Aspen); perform lab testing and material analysis; support commissioning, safety assessments (HAZOP), MRV systems and scale-up; develop SOPs and train site staff to deliver repeatable carbon-removal operations.

Coordinate and manage sustainability data, disclosures and stakeholder requests. Support ESG reporting, investor/customer due diligence, benchmarking, and governance. Provide analysis and insights to inform investment, commercial and project decisions and produce clear sustainability communications across internal teams.

Lead integration of sustainability, climate resilience, and environmental risk management into early-stage hyperscale data centre development. Influence site selection, permitting, planning and design; coordinate environmental studies; engage regulators and stakeholders; provide technical leadership, regulatory intelligence and embed sustainability across project governance to future-proof the project portfolio.

Lead development and optimization of project schedules across the full project lifecycle for large, multi‑disciplinary programmes (including data centres). Create and integrate master schedules using Primavera P6/Oracle Primavera Cloud and BIM scheduling, conduct critical path analysis and schedule health checks, advise on construction methods, coordinate with design and delivery teams, support planning managers, and provide strategic reporting, risk analysis and scenario modelling to enable on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

Own delivery and budgets for customer technical fit-outs and internal operational projects across a global data‑centre portfolio. Define scope, manage contractors, control budgets, mitigate risks, enforce HSE/CDM compliance, and maintain stakeholder communications to ensure safe, timely, high‑quality project delivery.

Lead HSE culture and compliance across London projects, implement HSE decisions, advise leadership, manage HSE consultants, develop local HSE programmes, mentor teams, liaise with contractors, and produce structured reports to ensure ISO45001/ISO14001 and statutory requirements are met.
