Owns site maintenance planning, scheduling, work-order lifecycle management, CMMS administration, preventive maintenance programs, asset lifecycle planning, compliance controls, vendor performance, and KPI reporting. The role coordinates engineering teams, vendors, stakeholders, and global operations to maintain uptime, ensure audit readiness, implement change controls, and drive data-led maintenance improvements across data-center sites.

Own and expand relationships with hyperscale, cloud, and AI infrastructure customers across Europe and the Middle East. Originate and close large-scale data center opportunities, lead complex commercial negotiations, secure contracted capacity, and shape development strategy around customer needs. The role oversees executive customer relationships, regional MW bookings, strategic account plans, and €1bn+ developments while partnering with engineering, construction, finance, investment, and legal teams. It also includes recruiting and leading a high-performing commercial organization.

Coordinate group payroll processes across UK and rest-of-world, liaise with Global Mobility, P&C and outsourced providers, handle payroll queries and calculations, prepare journals for Oracle, update payroll procedures, and support meetings and implementation.
