Manages financial accounting, general ledger integrity, month-end and year-end close, balance sheet governance, controls, compliance, and reporting across international entities. Leads process standardization, automation, and finance transformation using Oracle Fusion, OneStream, Smart View, and Excel. Oversees audits and statutory requirements, resolves accounting issues, develops up to two direct reports, and partners with finance stakeholders to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

Manage project documentation, Aconex workflows, document registers, SharePoint filing, reports, and information quality assurance. Provide administrative support through diary and meeting coordination, travel bookings, expenses, events, office supplies, courier arrangements, guest reception, and document production. Monitor project deadlines, maintain stakeholder communications, and support project teams across capacity needs while ensuring accuracy, organization, and adherence to company standards.

Senior People and Culture Business Partner responsible for advising leaders, shaping people strategies, talent and performance management, organizational effectiveness, and culture development. The role also owns global mobility strategy and operations, including international assignments, relocation, immigration, tax, cross-border compliance, reward, benefits, shadow payroll, and vendor management across Europe and the GCC. Requires strong business partnering, change management, project management, and experience in complex multinational or private-equity-backed organizations.
