Manage commercial and OTR tire accounts through onsite route selling, generate new sales (including retreads), deliver high customer service, report activity in the sales tool, maintain company vehicle/image, and pursue continual training to meet sales targets.

Perform tire retreading and repair tasks on a production line, including inspection, buffing, skiving, repairing, curing, trimming, painting, tagging, final inspection, equipment upkeep, and maintaining safety and cleanliness per company and OSHA standards.

Perform commercial tire and wheel replacements, repairs, balancing, mounting/dismounting, and on-site service calls. Maintain and stock service vehicle, perform preventative vehicle maintenance, facility upkeep, and follow safety procedures. Participate in training, commission/after-hours programs, and provide customer-focused service in physically demanding outdoor and indoor conditions.

Perform tire inspection, repair, and retreading tasks using plant equipment (buff, skive, repair, envelope, cure). Trim, paint, tag, and inspect finished tires. Maintain equipment and cleanliness, follow OSHA and company safety protocols, meet work orders and production targets, and work independently and on teams.

Perform commercial tire and wheel replacements, repairs, balancing, and preventative maintenance from a company service vehicle. Maintain vehicle and shop, follow safety/drug-screen requirements, complete scheduled service calls, and support continual training and improvement.

Perform retread production tasks per company specs: inspect casings, operate buffing/skiving/repair/curing equipment, trim/paint/tag finished tires, maintain equipment and cleanliness, follow OSHA safety, complete work orders, and assist with other duties as assigned.

Perform commercial tire and wheel replacements, installations, repairs, balancing, rotations, and basic shop maintenance. Complete service calls on customer property, follow safety protocols, pass pre-employment screens, and support continuous improvement and training.

Conduct 95% face-to-face sales, build a daily route (5-8 stops), manage inventory and promotions, provide technical tire expertise (DOT codes, load range, wear patterns), and maintain relationships to grow sales.

Perform safe field repair and service of OTR tires on mining equipment: operate boom truck, dismount/mount and repair tires, maintain tools and truck, track site data, follow safety procedures and continuous improvement.

Perform commercial tire and wheel replacements, mounts, balances, rotations, and repairs using hand and power tools. Maintain shop cleanliness, perform basic facility maintenance, follow safety procedures, engage in training and continuous improvement, and complete other duties as assigned. Must pass background and drug screening and meet driving record requirements.

Sell commercial, truck, and OTR tires and services to commercial fleets. Conduct fleet surveys, tire analysis, mileage tracking, and reporting. Meet sales quotas, solicit new accounts, resolve customer concerns, protect company assets, maintain safety and vehicle presentation, and perform frequent physical tasks (lifting, bending) in varied environments.

Perform commercial tire and wheel replacements, repairs, balancing, mounting, and basic shop maintenance. Follow safety procedures, complete assigned duties, and participate in training and improvement.

Sell new tires, retreads, and tire services to commercial customers, perform fleet surveys and tire analysis, meet sales quotas, solicit new accounts, maintain customer relationships, report to sales management, and follow safety and company policies. Position requires physical work and regular territory-based customer visits.
