Performs commercial tire and wheel replacements, installations, repairs, balancing, rotations, mounting, and dismounting using hand and power tools. Maintains shop cleanliness and organization, supports facility maintenance, completes training, and seeks improvements to products and services. Requires six months of commercial tire experience, a valid driver’s license, a clean three-year motor vehicle record, and successful background and drug screening.

Sells automotive services, tires, and related products to commercial customers. Prepares work orders, obtains customer authorization, processes cash, credit, fleet, and national-account transactions, resolves complaints, meets sales quotas, develops new accounts, maintains displays and customer areas, and protects company assets. The role also requires safe work practices, regular attendance, customer service, tire-industry knowledge, and proficiency with business software and point-of-sale systems.
