Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial accounts by developing long-term customer relationships, generating new tire and service sales, handling customer needs, maintaining sales records, and representing the company professionally. The role involves local business visits, commercial and OTR sales, account management, ongoing training, safe work practices, and driving a company vehicle.

Sell commercial, truck, and OTR tires and services to grow and maintain fleet accounts. Perform fleet surveys, tire analysis, mileage tracking, customer reporting, and resolve complaints. Meet sales quotas, follow pricing policies, protect company assets, use company CRM/AS400/Excel for reporting, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 100 lbs in varying outdoor conditions.

Own a protected Seattle-area territory selling commercial and OTR tires to fleets, construction companies, logging outfits, and agricultural customers. Build daily routes, conduct face-to-face sales visits, manage inventory and aged stock, promote programs, and provide technical tire guidance. Candidates need commercial tire or related outside sales experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass background and drug screening. The role includes a company truck, warm accounts, uncapped commission, and home-every-night scheduling.
