Teams at Purcell Tire & Rubber Company

Manage commercial and OTR tire accounts through onsite route selling, generate new sales (including retreads), deliver high customer service, report activity in the sales tool, maintain company vehicle/image, and pursue continual training to meet sales targets.

Perform tire retreading and repair tasks on a production line, including inspection, buffing, skiving, repairing, curing, trimming, painting, tagging, final inspection, equipment upkeep, and maintaining safety and cleanliness per company and OSHA standards.

Perform commercial tire and wheel replacements, repairs, balancing, mounting/dismounting, and on-site service calls. Maintain and stock service vehicle, perform preventative vehicle maintenance, facility upkeep, and follow safety procedures. Participate in training, commission/after-hours programs, and provide customer-focused service in physically demanding outdoor and indoor conditions.
