The Staff Software Engineer will lead the technical strategy for Pura's supply chain platform, focusing on backend engineering, system architecture, and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead eCommerce site experience, conversion rate optimization, and channel forecasting. Manage A/B and multivariate testing, build and maintain demand and channel-by-day forecasts, provide reporting for business reviews, size opportunities, and use analytics and AI tools to drive growth and retention across cross-functional teams.

Lead architecture and implementation of enterprise-scale infrastructure and automation for web, mobile, backend, and data teams. Define reliability standards, incident response and DR strategies, optimize performance with advanced observability, and mentor engineering teams while driving SRE best practices across the organization.

Lead strategy and execution for the Pura mobile app across onboarding, device setup/pairing, device management, engagement, and retention. Define measurable hypotheses, run experiments, partner with design/engineering/data, and align stakeholders to drive LTV and continuous discovery.

The Staff Platform Engineer will build and scale backend systems, mentor engineers, and drive technical excellence, collaborating with various stakeholders.

Temporary 6-9 month Staff Data Analyst supporting eCommerce and marketing analytics. Lead data-driven projects, define and track metrics, analyze product and web data, build dashboards and automated reports, and provide insights for product teams and brand partners to improve user experience and business performance.

Lead end-to-end influencer marketing and experiential activations: strategy, creator selection and contracting, content approval and trafficking, affiliate optimization, campaign measurement, event activation planning and execution, influencer integration, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive brand awareness and ROI.

Own and maintain Customer Care knowledge systems, create modular KB content, capture undocumented institutional knowledge, close feedback loops from frontline to stakeholders, improve AI-driven support by structuring content for retrieval, and train/enable agents while handling some support tickets to stay customer-focused.

The Staff Data Scientist will build and maintain predictive models for product and business intelligence, drive data science projects, and ensure data quality while communicating findings clearly.

The Director of Marketplaces will lead Pura's third-party marketplaces, manage Amazon and TikTok Shop strategies, and drive commercial growth while overseeing partner relationships and team development.
