Temporary 6-9 month Staff Data Analyst supporting eCommerce and marketing analytics. Lead data-driven projects, define and track metrics, analyze product and web data, build dashboards and automated reports, and provide insights for product teams and brand partners to improve user experience and business performance.

Own and maintain Customer Care knowledge systems, create modular KB content, capture undocumented institutional knowledge, close feedback loops from frontline to stakeholders, improve AI-driven support by structuring content for retrieval, and train/enable agents while handling some support tickets to stay customer-focused.

Lead end-to-end influencer marketing and experiential activations: strategy, creator selection and contracting, content approval and trafficking, affiliate optimization, campaign measurement, event activation planning and execution, influencer integration, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive brand awareness and ROI.
