Supervise store operations to meet sales and KPI targets, ensure customer service, spend most time on the sales floor selling and training staff, support managers with hiring and training, manage stock, inventory, loss prevention, visual merchandising, assist in openings and attend required trainings (may travel).

Manage day-to-day ecommerce marketplace operations, monitor sales and competitor trends, coordinate cross-functional and external partners, plan and run livestreams on Shopee and TikTok, track performance metrics, maintain sales and billing records, and support regular business reviews.

Act as PUMA running brand ambassador for DC/VA/MD: drive sales and brand awareness at specialty and sporting goods accounts, train retail staff on product and technology, plan and execute in-person and virtual running events, gather field feedback, use sales data to identify growth, and complete weekly/monthly reports while collaborating with sales, marketing, merchandising, and product teams.
