Lead the Global eCommerce Business Insights function, transforming complex data into actionable commercial recommendations. Oversee analytics across merchandising, pricing, demand, marketing, CRM, content, customer behavior, supply chain, and purchasing. Establish analytical frameworks, performance reviews, driver trees, and scalable playbooks. Lead root-cause analysis, segmentation, scenario modeling, and opportunity sizing while developing a team of analysts and data storytelling specialists. Partner with Product, Technology, Data Engineering, BI, AI/ML, and global teams to deliver executive-ready insights and measurable business impact.
