Leads the global HR technology function, owning Workday strategy, configuration, integrations, security, governance, budget, and continuous improvement. Manages HRIS analysts and delivers global implementations, upgrades, and system integrations. Owns HR automation and digitalization by redesigning processes and implementing workflow, RPA, AI, and self-service solutions. Partners with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and vendors to improve efficiency, data quality, compliance, and employee experience.

Executes brand strategies, marketing communications, campaigns, promotions, events, media plans, visual merchandising, and influencer programs across a service station network. Manages marketing budgets, coordinates agencies and vendors, analyzes campaign performance, monitors market and competitor trends, and supports loyalty program initiatives. Develops creative briefs, promotional materials, commercial presentations, and brand activations while maintaining brand identity and ensuring timely execution.
