The Solutions Engineering Manager leads a team of customer-facing architects, enhancing client adoption of Pulumi's cloud infrastructure, mentoring staff, and collaborating with sales and product teams to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

The Solutions Engineer will guide customers in adopting Pulumi's platform, manage technical pre-sales engagements, deliver presentations, and serve as a technical partner for architectural decisions, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful outcomes.

Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines using Pulumi (or Terraform). Automate deployments, improve observability, optimize cloud costs, enhance security and developer experience, and collaborate with engineering teams and the open-source community.

You will build and design systems for a virtual infrastructure agent, focusing on cloud operations, user interfaces, and performance evaluation.
