The Account Manager at Innovative Construction Group is responsible for business development, client management, sales and marketing, account administration, and management responsibilities. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, delivering sales presentations, and managing client records and sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of account management experience in the construction industry.

Primary responsible for the development and maintenance of automation programs to support software releases and integration between Development and Infrastructure teams. Creates roadmaps for automation direction for DevOps, defines architecture and tools used for automation, troubleshoots performance issues with environments, and develops tools for DevOps areas. Participates in Agile Development teams and migration of on-premises applications to Azure cloud services.

Responsible for managing the Department of Real Estate (DRE) and Homeowner Association (HOA) activities, overseeing document preparation, managing HOA management companies and budgets, coordinating tax payments, and developing departmental policies. Also responsible for managing staff through recruitment, evaluation, coaching, and providing growth opportunities. Decision-making impact at the division level with budgetary responsibility.
