Schedule and confirm radiology appointments, input and verify patient and insurance information in scheduling systems, communicate with patients and clinical staff, reschedule missed appointments, and provide professional customer service to ensure smooth imaging operations.

Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external events to boost employee engagement, community partnerships, and fundraising. Manage event logistics, vendors, budgets, timelines, volunteer coordination, donor stewardship, tracking and reporting of participation and outcomes, and support employee orientation and wellness initiatives while collaborating with cross-departmental teams and Foundation volunteers.

Lead grant strategy and execution: research, write, submit, and manage grants; ensure compliance and reporting; track grant revenue and outcomes; build and steward funder and community partnerships; coordinate contractors, recognition submissions, legislative engagement, and strategic projects that support population health and organizational priorities.

Provides diagnostic imaging (x-rays, fluoroscopy), positions and prepares patients, operates and maintains imaging equipment, follows radiation safety and infection-control protocols, documents procedures, and communicates with physicians and patients to support diagnosis and care.
