Lead grant strategy and execution: research, write, submit, and manage grants; ensure compliance and reporting; track grant revenue and outcomes; build and steward funder and community partnerships; coordinate contractors, recognition submissions, legislative engagement, and strategic projects that support population health and organizational priorities.

Manage and administer provider compensation arrangements, calculate and reconcile payments, validate productivity data from multiple systems, prepare reports and statements, support financial modeling, budgets and forecasts, and respond to provider and leadership inquiries while ensuring compliance and accurate documentation.
