Lead developer-focused marketing to drive awareness, acquisition, activation, and engagement for Blocks Network. Create positioning, messaging, campaigns, tutorials, demos, and community initiatives. Partner with Product, Growth, and DevRel to improve the developer journey, use analytics and experimentation to optimize funnel metrics, and grow an active developer community around AI applications and agents.

Create solution-led messaging and positioning for real-time and AI infrastructure. Develop sales/event enablement, ABM messaging, competitive positioning, and measure messaging effectiveness through cross-functional collaboration.

Own customer lifecycle marketing to drive adoption, retention, expansion, and re-engagement. Build nurture, expansion, feature-adoption, win-back campaigns; partner with Customer Success, Account Managers, and GTME; analyze churn and health, identify expansion signals, create ROI/value reports, and measure and optimize lifecycle program performance.

Own and execute customer lifecycle programs to drive adoption, retention, expansion, and re-engagement. Use product and usage data to identify expansion signals, build nurture and win-back campaigns, measure ROI, and partner with Customer Success, Account Management, and GTME to improve NRR and reduce churn.

Develop solution narratives and positioning for real-time and AI infrastructure, create sales and event enablement, partner with DevRel, Product, Sales and Legal, support account-based campaigns, validate messaging with customer feedback, measure and optimize messaging effectiveness.

Design, build, and operate core distributed systems in Rust powering messaging, storage, eventing, and fanout across a global real-time platform. Focus on reliability, performance, observability, incident response, capacity planning, and running services in Kubernetes-based production environments.
