The Corporate Counsel will draft and negotiate technology contracts, support legal compliance, and collaborate with various stakeholders on technology and commercial agreements.

Own customer lifecycle marketing to drive adoption, retention, expansion, and re-engagement. Build nurture, expansion, feature-adoption, win-back campaigns; partner with Customer Success, Account Managers, and GTME; analyze churn and health, identify expansion signals, create ROI/value reports, and measure and optimize lifecycle program performance.
