Create and distribute technical content for developers, including tutorials, articles, videos, demos, code examples, and guides. Build content strategies across developer communities and channels, collaborate with Engineering and Developer Relations, identify content opportunities, manage publishing calendars, and optimize performance using engagement, traffic, and signup data. The role also involves experimenting with AI-assisted workflows and emerging developer discovery channels.

Owns and optimizes the developer onboarding journey from signup through activation and paid conversion. The role analyzes funnels, user behavior, and drop-off points; designs experiments; improves documentation, quickstarts, integrations, and self-service experiences; develops lifecycle communications; and tracks activation, engagement, time-to-value, retention, and conversion metrics. It partners with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Lifecycle Marketing and explores AI-assisted onboarding for developer workflows.

Build and maintain AI-powered tools, agents, automations, internal applications, web applications, and integrations supporting go-to-market teams. Translate business workflows into reliable production solutions, integrate CRM and marketing systems, improve prospecting and customer intelligence, and measure adoption and operational impact. Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, Sales, and Customer Success stakeholders while owning projects from discovery through deployment, maintenance, and iteration.
