Requires a senior attorney with extensive in-house or private-practice experience and Texas in-house practice eligibility.

Supports security operations through alert monitoring, incident triage, evidence collection, log analysis, phishing investigations, vulnerability management, identity and access reviews, audits, compliance documentation, and security awareness activities. The role collaborates with IT and business teams to remediate vulnerabilities, maintain operational records, escalate incidents, and improve defensive processes across endpoint, cloud, network, identity, and application environments.

Provides strategic leadership for enterprise cybersecurity architecture, including cloud, application, network, identity, data, endpoint, AI, and third-party security. Defines security standards, reference architectures, controls, and roadmaps; conducts threat modeling and architecture reviews; supports Zero Trust and secure-by-design initiatives; advises business and technology leaders; and improves compliance, cyber resilience, detection, and risk management across the organization.

Administer identity and access management controls, including provisioning, SSO, MFA, access governance, and privileged access reviews. Support web and API application security, vulnerability remediation, security monitoring, incident response, compliance audits, documentation, reporting, and automation. Collaborate with IT, cloud, infrastructure, development, compliance, and business teams to protect enterprise systems and customer-facing applications.

Design accessible, user-centered interfaces and digital journeys for websites, mobile apps, and digital products. Conduct user research, persona development, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and iterative design. Collaborate with product, development, marketing, and leadership teams to deliver high-fidelity designs aligned with business goals, brand standards, accessibility requirements, and conversion objectives.

Creates, edits, and proofreads on-brand copy for websites, blogs, ads, emails, social media, and print materials. Collaborates with marketing, creative, digital, and product teams on messaging and campaigns; adapts tone across audiences and platforms; translates service offerings into accessible language; conducts research; applies SEO and digital content best practices; and manages multiple projects and revisions under deadlines.

Develop and lead scalable, customer-centric web and mobile applications, APIs, and integrations across Public Storage’s digital platforms. Architect Salesforce Commerce Cloud and partner integrations, optimize front-end and server-side data layers, support analytics and tag management, and lead production triage and root-cause analysis. Maintain engineering standards through code reviews, documentation, mentoring, and design-system contributions while modernizing the technology stack and collaborating with product, business, and operations teams.

Administers and maintains corporate LAN/WAN infrastructure, disaster recovery networking, VoIP systems, security systems, Windows environments, network hardware, and cloud services. Installs, configures, monitors, troubleshoots, repairs, and upgrades network components; manages accounts, connectivity, patches, documentation, testing, and end-user support. Coordinates network solutions, resolves incidents, and supports multi-site infrastructure operations.

Supports the design, implementation, monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of enterprise network infrastructure, including WAN, LAN, wireless, firewalls, VPNs, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, and SD-WAN. Responsibilities include testimony, comment letters, issue tracking, policymaker engagement, lobbying compliance, executive reporting, and support for expansion into new jurisdictions.

Provides administrative and process support for the HR function, serving as a first point of contact for employee and manager questions. Coordinates HR requests, maintains personnel documentation, supports performance and attendance processes, guides managers on employee relations matters, prepares corrective actions, and escalates complex issues. Requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, customer service, and knowledge of HR processes.

Provides strategic employment-law advice to HR and business leaders on hiring, employee relations, leave and accommodations, wage and hour compliance, discipline, terminations, and immigration. Manages employment disputes, agency charges, investigations, outside counsel, policies, handbooks, agreements, and legal developments. Partners with HR on compliance programs and may represent the company in administrative proceedings.

Supports accounting, cash management, reconciliations, payment processing, financial controls, distributions, month-end close, and SOX compliance for more than 400 third-party properties. Leads reconciliation activities, resolves banking and customer issues, trains staff, partners with auditors and cross-functional teams, and helps improve accounting and treasury processes.

Supports executive leaders through complex calendar management, communications, confidential matters, travel coordination, meetings, events, document preparation, research, and follow-up. Serves as a liaison with the Board, investors, and senior leadership while providing proactive administrative and operational support with exceptional judgment, discretion, professionalism, and independence.

Supports indirect tax compliance across sales and use tax and property tax functions. Responsibilities include preparing tax returns, validating tax and property data, assisting with registrations, appeals, audits, notices, estimates, regulatory research, documentation, reporting, and process improvements. Collaborates with Accounting, Accounts Payable, Real Estate, Operations, and external consultants to resolve tax issues across multiple jurisdictions.

Prepare, review, and manage complex partnership tax returns and REIT-related federal and state compliance. Responsibilities include partnership tax allocations, K-1s, composite and withholding filings, tax notices, research, documentation, workpaper review, and process improvements. The role requires OneSource Tax Software proficiency, strong partnership taxation knowledge, multi-state compliance experience, and collaboration with internal teams and external service providers.

Manages legal operations including outside counsel and vendor onboarding, e-billing, invoice compliance, accruals, matter administration, payments, legal spend reporting, and system support. Coordinates with Finance, vendors, attorneys, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes. Also provides document preparation and limited calendar, meeting, and travel support to the Chief Legal Officer.

Analyze pricing, occupancy, customer, promotional, and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities. Prepare reports, dashboards, scorecards, and executive summaries; evaluate campaign and pricing performance; support testing, forecasting, KPI tracking, data quality, business requirements, and process improvements. Collaborate with Pricing, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Data teams to translate business questions into actionable recommendations and improve reporting workflows.

Analyzes large datasets to identify trends, variances, and revenue opportunities; builds data models, validates data quality, and supports pricing strategies. Creates management reports and presentations, collaborates with analysts, business partners, and IT, and provides actionable recommendations for revenue performance and strategic decision-making.
