Teams at Public Storage

Provides regional HR guidance to field leaders, focusing on employee relations, investigations, performance management, compliance, coaching, and talent retention. Analyzes turnover and exit interview trends, prepares case documentation, supports critical incidents, delivers training, and identifies opportunities to improve HR programs and processes. The role works closely with HR and legal teams and requires in-office work five days per week.

Leads end-to-end business intelligence initiatives, translating operational, financial, and workforce data into dashboards, semantic models, reconciled datasets, KPIs, and actionable recommendations. Owns requirements, solution design, SQL analysis, Power BI development, testing, deployment, documentation, training, adoption, and support. Partners with Operations, Finance, HR, and IT, investigates data quality issues, manages project delivery, and mentors contributors without formal people-management responsibilities.

Supports Operations Finance through financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, variance analysis, KPI monitoring, and operational data interpretation. Provides actionable insights to field leaders, tracks business transformation projects, identifies financial trends, and recommends performance improvements across regions, divisions, and stores. The role also develops Power BI dashboards and reports, collaborates cross-functionally, and supports timely decision-making.
