Coordinates procurement, vendor relationships, inventory, purchasing, competitive bids, negotiations, contracts, invoice reconciliation, and hardware logistics. Maintains supplier and contract records in SAP, resolves order and payment discrepancies through SAP and ServiceNow, analyzes costs, tracks savings, and supports facility operations nationwide. Requires strong organization, advanced Excel skills, procurement experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and vendors.

Prepare, review, and manage complex partnership tax returns and REIT-related federal and state compliance. Responsibilities include partnership tax allocations, K-1s, composite and withholding filings, tax notices, research, documentation, workpaper review, and process improvements. The role requires OneSource Tax Software proficiency, strong partnership taxation knowledge, multi-state compliance experience, and collaboration with internal teams and external service providers.

Manages legal operations including outside counsel and vendor onboarding, e-billing, invoice compliance, accruals, matter administration, payments, legal spend reporting, and system support. Coordinates with Finance, vendors, attorneys, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes. Also provides document preparation and limited calendar, meeting, and travel support to the Chief Legal Officer.
