Lead development projects from acquisition through construction, managing entitlements, site selection, permitting, design, budgeting, pro forma modeling, and stakeholder coordination. Oversee multiple projects, prepare status and cost reports, negotiate with authorities, mitigate transaction and entitlement risks, and ensure timely completion against objectives and profit goals.

Provide legal support for joint ventures, the operating partnership, corporate governance, SEC reporting, and capital markets. Draft and negotiate JV and partnership documents, consents, amendments, and transaction agreements; perform due diligence and legal research; manage outside counsel; and partner with Acquisitions, Tax, Investor Services, and Finance to deliver business-focused legal advice.

Analyze large datasets to inform pricing and revenue decisions, build and maintain data models, perform data mining, produce reports and presentations, ensure data quality and governance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights for senior management.
