The Benefits Manager oversees benefits administration processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy while managing a Benefits Administrator. Responsibilities include open enrollment management, risk compliance, data integrity, and employee support in benefits inquiries.

Provide HR guidance and employee relations support to field managers across multi-site operations. Investigate and resolve ER issues, document cases, coach leaders on performance management, ensure compliance with employment laws, analyze turnover and exit data, deliver targeted training, and propose HR program improvements. Partner with HR and legal on policy application and assist with critical incidents and cross-functional projects to improve engagement, retention, and business outcomes.

Lead and scale outbound sales operations, manage managers and BPO partners, use data/AI and call analytics to improve conversion and revenue, present executive reporting, and drive hiring, coaching, and process improvements across campaigns.
