Set strategy, governance, and operating models; drive capital planning, vendor management, cost discipline, risk mitigation, and operational excellence. Lead and develop a senior leadership team, align capital investments with business strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage disaster response and resilience.

The Development Director will lead development projects from concept to completion, overseeing site evaluations, design, construction, and compliance with governmental approvals.

Lead and perform advanced business analysis: gather and document requirements, manage and groom backlogs for multiple Scrum teams, engage stakeholders across Product, Engineering, UX, QA and Release, support UAT and release planning, establish BA standards and reduce ambiguity to accelerate delivery.
