Maintain and modernize data science infrastructure and integrations for the Enterprise Data Platform. Support cloud migrations to Azure, build automated ETL/data lake pipelines, design scalable hybrid architectures, and develop, test, deploy, and document statistical and machine learning models. Serve as liaison across IT, developers, and leadership to ensure secure access, platform standards, and adoption of best practices.

Manage full contract lifecycle for federally, state, city, and privately funded public health programs: negotiate scopes and budgets, monitor contractor performance and spending, ensure funder compliance (e.g., 2 CFR 200), provide technical assistance, conduct site visits, and complete closeout and final reporting.

Provide in-person enrollment assistance for ABD and other populations: educate clients on benefits, complete and submit medical assistance and NYSOH applications (using EDITS/Bluemark where applicable), conduct outreach, canvassing, tabling, home visits, and weekly community engagement across NYC boroughs. Deliver bilingual (Spanish) support, attend mandatory trainings, and assist on special projects.

Monitor and analyze grant-funded program finances, update internal systems, prepare budget modifications, journal entries, and closeouts. Produce fiscal reports, maximize reimbursements, create billed/unbilled receivables, analyze spending/revenue trends, and recommend corrective actions. Support policy research, stakeholder coordination, and timely claims processing.

Support planning, training, exercises, stakeholder coordination, and analytics to strengthen healthcare system readiness and response.

Lead user research and UX design for EpiQuery data platforms: run discovery workshops, produce user flows/wireframes/prototypes, test and iterate designs, collaborate with product and engineering, and translate complex data into usable visualizations for public health decision-making.
