Maintain and modernize data science infrastructure and integrations for the Enterprise Data Platform. Support cloud migrations to Azure, build automated ETL/data lake pipelines, design scalable hybrid architectures, and develop, test, deploy, and document statistical and machine learning models. Serve as liaison across IT, developers, and leadership to ensure secure access, platform standards, and adoption of best practices.

Provide WIC nutrition services including eligibility verification, nutrition education (individual and group), participant-centered assessments, development of individual care plans, oversight of high-risk cases, mentoring support staff, performing anthropometric and hematological measurements, outreach, and occasional travel between WIC centers.

Test and validate data pipelines and services from ingestion through storage. Develop and run automated and manual test plans, perform data validation and performance testing, troubleshoot pipeline issues, document results, and integrate tests into CI/CD. Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to improve testing strategies and ensure data quality.
