Begins as a Physical Therapy Aide assisting licensed clinicians with patient support, rapport-building, clinic cleanliness, and receptionist duties. After obtaining state licensure, transitions to a Physical Therapist role evaluating patients and delivering evidence-based treatment across orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, sports medicine, trauma, and hand therapy specialties. Success includes building patient relationships, achieving functional goals, treating approximately 60 patients weekly, and engaging with the community.

Leads clinic directors, drives standardized workflows and performance improvement, manages budgets and productivity targets, and supports market expansion, acquisitions, and de novo clinics across South Jersey and South Pennsylvania.

Supports financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making. Analyzes financial and KPI performance against budget, improves financial processes and reporting tools, develops forecasting methodologies, and presents concise financial insights to organizational leaders.
