Begins as a Physical Therapy Aide assisting licensed clinicians with patient support, rapport-building, clinic cleanliness, and receptionist duties. After obtaining state licensure, transitions to a Physical Therapist role evaluating patients and delivering evidence-based treatment across orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, sports medicine, trauma, and hand therapy specialties. Success includes building patient relationships, achieving functional goals, treating approximately 60 patients weekly, and engaging with the community.

Provides outpatient physical therapy evaluations and evidence-based treatments for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Develops individualized treatment plans, educates patients, manages documentation in an EMR, and handles a full clinical caseload of 10–12 patients daily. Requires graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program, current or pending state licensure, BLS certification, and strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Leads regional sales operations and physician liaison teams across assigned healthcare markets. Develops sales strategies, analyzes referral and performance data, manages CRM reporting, coaches team members, builds relationships with physicians and stakeholders, and oversees hiring, onboarding, training, forecasting, and achievement of referral and revenue targets. Frequent territory travel is required.
