Lead and manage the social media team, overseeing strategy, daily operations, content quality, reporting, and knowledge transfer. Collaborate with content strategists, ensure briefs are met, present strategies to stakeholders, and optimize social media performance using analytics.

Create and implement social media strategies, post to and monitor multiple accounts, write platform-appropriate content, manage community engagement and complaints, run and optimize campaigns and competitions, track and analyze performance, and compile regular reports while staying current with digital and social trends.

Lead UX efforts across projects: define functionality, navigation, and interaction models; conduct research and user testing; produce wireframes, sitemaps, user journeys, personas, and specs; collaborate with teams to deliver strategic, on-time, on-budget digital products and thought leadership.
