Lead quality and risk strategy for Class I-III medical devices, architect V&V and validation plans, own DHF sections, drive supplier controls and CAPA/complaint investigations, support FDA submissions, mentor junior engineers, and integrate design, manufacturing, and regulatory requirements for bionic prosthetics and robotic systems.

Develop high-fidelity simulations and software interfaces to integrate the Ability Hand with robotic arm platforms using NVIDIA Isaac Sim/Lab and the GR00T AI stack. Build digital twins (URDF/MJCF/SDF), optimize contact and grasp physics, support ROS2-based kinematics, and help develop React interfaces. Collaborate on V&V and DHF deliverables aligned with ISO 13485/14971, and document APIs and architectures for reproducible research and production.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers using the company's bionic products and public API. Develop and maintain ROS and non-ROS example programs and tutorials, collaborate with engineering and sales, conduct demos and training, document support processes, and stay current with industry trends to improve product integration and performance.
