PsychoGeriatric Services (PGS) is a clinician-owned mental and behavioral healthcare practice serving residents of long-term care facilities. Founded in 1994, it provides psychiatric assessments, medication management, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, hospital placement and treatment, and clinical education and compliance support. Based in Silver Spring, Maryland, PGS works with hundreds of facilities across Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey, and Washington, DC through evidence-based clinical care.
