Provides nursing care to older adults in an intensive outpatient behavioral health program. Collaborates with psychiatric physicians, social workers, and CNAs; supports patient treatment and progress monitoring; participates in quality improvement and compliance activities; and delivers community mental health education and outreach. The full-time schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with no weekends or on-call duties.

Provides nursing care to behavioral health patients as part of an interdisciplinary team. Builds financial models, dashboards, reporting tools, and KPI scorecards; analyzes revenue, expenses, margins, staffing, productivity, and business trends; communicates variance drivers and recommendations to Finance and Operations leaders. The role also helps improve data infrastructure, reporting quality, data lake capabilities, and AI-enabled finance workflows in a growing healthcare organization.
