Teams at Psychiatric Medical Care LLC

Provides nursing care to older adults in an intensive outpatient behavioral health program. Collaborates with psychiatric physicians, social workers, and CNAs; supports patient progress and treatment planning; conducts community mental health education; and contributes to compliance, quality improvement, and program development. The full-time weekday schedule has no call or weekend requirements.

Provide nursing care within an Intensive Outpatient Program for older adults, collaborating with a psychiatric physician, social worker, and CNA. Deliver clinical care, participate in team meetings, support quality improvement and compliance, and engage in community education and outreach. Full-time, Monday–Friday, no weekends or on-call.

Provide nursing care within an Intensive Outpatient Program for older adults. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team on patient care, community outreach, education, and program compliance. Participate in quality improvement, team meetings, and deliver mental health support and presentations to promote resources and awareness.
