Leads finance business partnership for PsiQuantum’s Australian site development, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness. Oversees capital planning, forecasts, budgets, cash flow, and financial models while serving as finance leader for the Australian legal entity. Manages local statutory reporting, audits, tax compliance, regulatory obligations, transfer pricing coordination, government grant reporting, and governance in partnership with global Finance and external advisors.

Lead installation, commissioning, and maintenance of large-scale cryostats and associated vacuum, instrumentation, and control systems. Develop commissioning procedures, perform diagnostics, preventative and corrective maintenance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability, safety compliance, and documentation in an R&D/production environment.

The intern will develop quantum algorithms, optimize subroutines, compile algorithms, apply architecture-aware optimizations, and estimate quantum resources.

Design and run experiments to characterize integrated photonic circuits, test devices (couplers, interferometers, EO modulators), develop automated control and data acquisition with Python, analyze results, collaborate with designers to troubleshoot and scale testing for large photonic systems, and document findings.

Design and oversee PCB schematics and layouts for analog and digital circuitry (including high-speed transceivers, 10+ Gbps links, FPGAs, and microcontrollers). Ensure signal integrity and EMI suppression, build and run electro-optic test setups, characterize and debug circuits with lab instruments, develop measurement-driving software, analyze results, and maintain detailed design and test documentation.

The Photonic Design Automation Engineer will develop and scale the layout-to-netlist flow for silicon photonics, ensuring accurate model extraction and automation for reliable IC tape-outs. Responsibilities include netlist generation, automation pipelines, and collaboration across teams.

Design and own complex optomechanical/optoelectronic subsystem assemblies from prototype to production. Apply DFM/DFA, GD&T, tolerance and FMEA analyses; generate BOMs, process documentation, fixtures, and test setups; perform basic structural and thermal analysis; and maintain revision control (SolidWorks PDM/Arena) while collaborating across cryogenics, optics, electronics, and manufacturing teams to meet schedule and quality targets.

The Senior Cryogenic Engineer will lead the installation and operation of helium cryoplants, optimize systems, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical leadership.

The Photonic Circuits Designer will collaborate with technical teams to design photonic integrated circuits, develop software tools, and perform circuit analysis.

The Principal Power Systems Architect will design and manage large-scale power systems for quantum computing, ensuring power integrity and compliance with stringent requirements.

The role focuses on enhancing testing capabilities for quantum systems through new tooling, process improvements, and collaboration with engineers on testing methodologies.
