The Chief Accountant will oversee full accounting for the Polish legal entity, tax compliance, reporting, period-end close, reconciliations, accounting policies, controls, and document workflows. The role manages a small local accounting team, supports Accounts Payable, monitors regulatory changes, works with tax authorities, and collaborates with finance stakeholders in an international manufacturing organization.

Manage stock availability and waste for assigned categories, plan orders and deliveries per production and forecasts, monitor supplier performance, run inventory vs demand analysis, support new product launches and imports, and drive continuous supply-chain improvements working cross-functionally with procurement, buyers, and technical teams.
