Coordinates public-sector proposal responses, including monitoring tender sites, tracking opportunities, managing milestones, gathering cross-functional input, drafting proposal content, maintaining reusable materials, and ensuring compliant, timely submissions. The role also supports proposal presentations, document standards, product descriptions, RFP tracking, and continuous improvement of proposal processes.

The Account Executive drives sales by managing complex sales cycles, building relationships with public sector clients, and utilizing Salesforce to track sales opportunities. They also attend conferences, negotiate contracts, and educate clients on industry trends.

Serve as a pre-sales technical liaison, delivering tailored demos, supporting discovery and RFPs, capturing customer requirements, and aligning product capabilities with municipal needs. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Implementation, and Customer Success, provide enablement, and support events and stakeholder presentations. Remote in Canada with ~30-40% travel.

Create and maintain Citywide digital learning resources: record and edit training videos, author knowledge base articles, modernize legacy materials, leverage AI tools, manage content backlog, and collaborate with product and implementation teams to ensure accurate, user-focused training for clients.
