Create and maintain Citywide digital learning resources: record and edit training videos, author knowledge base articles, modernize legacy materials, leverage AI tools, manage content backlog, and collaborate with product and implementation teams to ensure accurate, user-focused training for clients.

The Implementation Advisor leads software implementation projects for municipal departments, focusing on community development workflows, training, and project documentation while improving service delivery for local governments.

Serve as a pre-sales technical liaison, delivering tailored demos, supporting discovery and RFPs, capturing customer requirements, and aligning product capabilities with municipal needs. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Implementation, and Customer Success, provide enablement, and support events and stakeholder presentations. Remote in Canada with ~30-40% travel.
