Manage customer purchase orders from receipt through delivery, including ERP sales-order maintenance, contract requirement flowdown, change-order coordination, execution monitoring, customer communications, quality and delivery performance, profitability, and accounts receivable delinquencies. Support cross-functional teams and customer working groups while helping maintain satisfaction and payment performance.

Leads aerospace and spacecraft manufacturing quality control operations, including quality-system development, inspections, testing, audits, documentation, regulatory compliance, and corrective actions. Partners with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve nonconformances and drive Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement. Requires expertise in AS9100, aerospace materials, inspection methods, blueprint reading, GD&T, measurement tools, and manufacturing standards.

Identify and mark finished aerospace parts per customer and engineering specs using stamp and engraving equipment, perform first-part verification, routine machine maintenance, and support quality, delivery, and safety goals.

Operate and set up 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, perform precision measurement and inspection, maintain equipment and records per AS9100, deburr parts, follow safety and aerospace quality standards, and perform basic G-code programming and CAD/CAM/MRP/ERP tasks.

Set up and operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC mills and lathes to produce precision aerospace components. Read blueprints, perform in-process inspections (CMM, micrometers), make offsets, monitor tooling and machine performance, maintain records per AS9100, participate in root-cause analysis and continuous improvement, perform routine maintenance, and follow safety and regulatory standards.

Perform hands-on aerospace fabrication tasks (deburr, shear, polish, grind, saw, drill), follow blueprints and process sheets, conduct basic inspections, complete documentation, maintain safe work area, and support manufacturability through cross-training and teamwork.

Administer and secure Windows server environments, virtualization, storage, and network infrastructure. Ensure CMMC/NIST compliance, protect CUI, manage backups, monitoring, incident response, IAM, and provide tier 1-3 end-user support in an aerospace manufacturing environment.

Lead daily machining department operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals. Supervise CNC machinists and fabricators, manage schedules, staffing, performance, and ERP production reporting. Coordinate with Programming, Tooling, and Quality, drive continuous improvement (lean/5S), support new product introductions, and ensure compliance with aerospace standards and regulations.
