Administer and secure Windows server environments, virtualization, storage, and network infrastructure. Ensure CMMC/NIST compliance, protect CUI, manage backups, monitoring, incident response, IAM, and provide tier 1-3 end-user support in an aerospace manufacturing environment.

Lead daily machining department operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals. Supervise CNC machinists and fabricators, manage schedules, staffing, performance, and ERP production reporting. Coordinate with Programming, Tooling, and Quality, drive continuous improvement (lean/5S), support new product introductions, and ensure compliance with aerospace standards and regulations.

Identify and mark finished aerospace parts per customer and engineering specs using stamp and engraving equipment, perform first-part verification, routine machine maintenance, and support quality, delivery, and safety goals.

Set up and operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC mills and lathes to produce precision aerospace components. Read blueprints, perform in-process inspections (CMM, micrometers), make offsets, monitor tooling and machine performance, maintain records per AS9100, participate in root-cause analysis and continuous improvement, perform routine maintenance, and follow safety and regulatory standards.

Manage customer orders from receipt through delivery, ensuring accurate order entry in Epicor, communicating status to customers, coordinating change orders, monitoring quality/delivery ratings, supporting cross-functional teams, tracking profitability, and managing accounts receivable delinquencies.

Perform hands-on aerospace fabrication tasks (deburr, shear, polish, grind, saw, drill), follow blueprints and process sheets, conduct basic inspections, complete documentation, maintain safe work area, and support manufacturability through cross-training and teamwork.

Lead 2nd-shift manufacturing teams to meet production schedules while enforcing Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, and continuous improvement. Manage workflow, resolve bottlenecks, support lean initiatives, ensure compliance (AS9100/ISO/ITAR), drive root-cause analysis, coach staff, and maintain facility readiness and safety procedures.
