Identify and mark finished aerospace parts per customer and engineering specs using stamp and engraving equipment, perform first-part verification, routine machine maintenance, and support quality, delivery, and safety goals.

Set up and operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC mills and lathes to produce precision aerospace components. Read blueprints, perform in-process inspections (CMM, micrometers), make offsets, monitor tooling and machine performance, maintain records per AS9100, participate in root-cause analysis and continuous improvement, perform routine maintenance, and follow safety and regulatory standards.

Lead procurement team to manage supplier performance, sourcing, negotiations, material availability, and procurement execution. Design supply chains, coordinate cross-functional transitions, forecast demand, monitor supplier KPIs, perform supplier audits/visits, and drive cost, quality, and delivery improvements in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
