Administer and improve the organization’s Microsoft 365 collaboration environment, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, and Power Apps. The role develops secure information-management standards, creates digital workspaces and automated workflows, troubleshoots complex issues, monitors platform health, supports privacy and regulatory requirements, and delivers training and user-adoption support across departments.

Lead and enhance the credit union’s Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing compliance program. Provide regulatory guidance, oversee reporting and examinations, manage third-party AML providers, develop the AML team, and promote organization-wide compliance training. The role requires Canadian AML expertise, risk assessment, people leadership, and occasional travel to branches across PEI.

Provides personalized financial education and advice on banking, lending, investments, and deposit products. Meets with members to assess needs, analyze financial information and creditworthiness, approve or decline loans within authority, complete compliant loan documentation, and recommend savings and retirement products. The role serves members across Wellington and O'Leary branches and may refer complex needs to financial planning partners.
