Provide reproductive and prenatal medical care following affiliate protocols: take histories, perform pelvic and breast exams, STI screening, medication abortion and prenatal care, order/interpret diagnostics, counsel patients, refer to specialists, participate in quality, compliance (HIPAA/OSHA/CLIA), and teamwork initiatives. Maintain productivity of ≥3.5 patients/hour and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Provide reproductive and prenatal healthcare including history-taking, physical and pelvic exams, cancer and STI screening, family planning, medication abortion, and prenatal care. Order and interpret diagnostics, follow affiliate protocols and regulatory standards (HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA), consult medical leadership, meet productivity targets (≥3.5 patients/hour), participate in quality improvement, and support team communication and culturally competent care.

Support full-cycle recruitment and retention for affiliate patient services roles: post jobs, source candidates, screen and interview, manage offers and onboarding, run background checks, maintain personnel files, present new employee training, and support HRIS/payroll data entry and benefits administration in ADP Workforce Now.

Coordinate and expand education and training initiatives, lead lesson plan quality improvement, deliver sex education programs, oversee interns, develop evaluations, support Spanish and disability-inclusive programming, and assist with grant development and professional trainings.

Coordinate and implement education and training initiatives, including curriculum design, lesson plan audits, delivery of sex education, intern supervision, data-driven community mapping, equity-centered programming, Spanish content capacity building, developing programming for people with developmental disabilities, coordinating staff trainings, and contributing to grant development and evaluation/quality improvement projects.

Provide reproductive and prenatal medical care following Planned Parenthood protocols: obtain comprehensive histories, perform reproductive exams and cancer/STI screening, provide family planning, medication abortion, and prenatal services, order/interpret diagnostic tests, counsel patients, refer to specialists, consult medical leadership, and comply with HIPAA/OSHA/CLIA and culturally competent care practices.
