Lead and supervise accounting staff; oversee financial statement preparation, budgets (operating, capital, grant), general ledger maintenance, payroll oversight, grant voucher preparation, external reporting (NYS Cost Report, PPFA), audits, and finance policy development. Serve as CFO liaison, support board finance committee, improve department workflows, and contribute to leadership team.

Provide reproductive and prenatal care following organizational protocols: obtain histories, perform exams and cancer/STI screening, deliver family planning, medication abortion, and prenatal services, order/interpret diagnostics, refer specialists, document care, and support quality, compliance, and team collaboration.

Provide reproductive and prenatal medical care following affiliate protocols: take histories, perform pelvic and breast exams, STI screening, medication abortion and prenatal care, order/interpret diagnostics, counsel patients, refer to specialists, participate in quality, compliance (HIPAA/OSHA/CLIA), and teamwork initiatives. Maintain productivity of ≥3.5 patients/hour and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
