Provide subject-matter expert support for ACH, wire, IRA, trust, and deceased account processes. Process and reconcile ACH and wire transfers with the Federal Reserve, handle exceptions and reclamations, ensure NACHA and regulatory compliance (BSA/OFAC/CIP), perform account research, assist members with IRA/HSA/trust transactions, train staff, and support daily treasury and balancing activities.

Design and implement AI solutions and architectural strategies; lead integration of AI across systems; collaborate with business units and leadership; ensure regulatory compliance (BSA/OFAC) and audit readiness; evaluate third-party AI tools; mentor team members; prioritize and plan AI pipeline projects; provide technical guidance and solve complex AI problems.

Maintain and enhance the public website and CMS, develop and optimize frontend code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), support online and mobile banking features, ensure responsiveness, accessibility, performance, security, troubleshoot frontend issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams through testing and release processes.

Drive membership growth by developing and maintaining relationships with Select Employer Groups (SEGs), representing the credit union at events, coordinating marketing and branch efforts, identifying business banking prospects, submitting reports, and ensuring compliance with BSA/OFAC and credit union policies.

Manage Provident's digital presence by maintaining CMS content, optimizing SEO, supporting paid and email campaigns, and running social media strategy and engagement. Coordinate webinars/events, analyze performance with analytics tools, collaborate with vendors and internal teams, and deliver data-driven recommendations to grow membership and leads.

Ensure the credit union complies with federal, state, and local banking laws by monitoring regulatory changes, conducting reviews and risk assessments, researching compliance questions, supporting audits, delivering training, investigating issues, preparing management reports, and assisting ERM/BCP efforts. Complete required BSA/OFAC training and recommend corrective actions.
