Lead quantitative financial modeling and analysis to support balance sheet strategies, deposit pricing, ALM, hedging, liquidity and investment management, budgeting/forecasting, M&A valuation and due diligence, automate reporting, and present results to executives and regulators.

Lead accounting function for the credit union ensuring GAAP and NCUA compliance, accurate general ledger and timely financial and regulatory reporting. Oversee balance sheet, cash and investment accounting, internal controls, audits, and budgeting. Manage and develop the accounting team, sponsor accounting/process change and automation, and ensure BSA/AML and OFAC adherence.

Process member deposits and transactions, scan checks, resolve reconciliation and out-of-balance issues, handle account levies, assist with wire verification, monitor queues and correspondence, support branches and contact center, detect fraud, and maintain BSA/OFAC compliance while delivering excellent member service.

Drive membership growth by developing and maintaining relationships with Select Employer Groups (SEGs), representing the credit union at events, coordinating marketing and branch efforts, identifying business banking prospects, submitting reports, and ensuring compliance with BSA/OFAC and credit union policies.

Provide subject-matter expert support for ACH, wire, IRA, trust, and deceased account processes. Process and reconcile ACH and wire transfers with the Federal Reserve, handle exceptions and reclamations, ensure NACHA and regulatory compliance (BSA/OFAC/CIP), perform account research, assist members with IRA/HSA/trust transactions, train staff, and support daily treasury and balancing activities.

Design and implement AI solutions and architectural strategies; lead integration of AI across systems; collaborate with business units and leadership; ensure regulatory compliance (BSA/OFAC) and audit readiness; evaluate third-party AI tools; mentor team members; prioritize and plan AI pipeline projects; provide technical guidance and solve complex AI problems.
