Provide on-site protection and enforcement at a hotel property: patrol premises, monitor access and security systems, respond to emergencies, document incidents, interface with law enforcement, and maintain safety of guests, employees, and assets.

Oversee and coordinate daily engineering and maintenance operations for a hotel, ensuring guest comfort, safety, and property upkeep. Manage HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, pool, laundry, and generator systems; implement preventive maintenance; supervise and train maintenance staff; manage budgets, inventories, contractors, safety/compliance (OSHA/ADA), and renovation projects; prepare reports and perform hands-on repair as needed.

Perform general property maintenance to ensure guest and staff comfort and safety. Maintain HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, pool, laundry, and kitchen equipment; complete preventive maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections; respond to maintenance requests; follow building codes, OSHA, and ADA requirements; perform physical labor and other duties as assigned.
