Performs general hotel maintenance to ensure guest and staff safety, comfort, and satisfaction. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance and repairs across guest rooms, public areas, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, laundry, kitchen, pool, generator, and water treatment systems. Conducts fire and safety inspections, corrects deficiencies, responds to maintenance requests, and maintains compliance with building codes, OSHA, ADA, safety, and sanitation requirements.

Responsibilities include mopping, vacuuming, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, restocking supplies, dusting, washing windows, removing trash, recycling, replacing light bulbs, and reporting damaged items. The role requires fast-paced physical work, lifting and pushing, attention to safety, dependability, teamwork, and the ability to follow instructions and read cleaning product labels.

Supervises front office personnel, ensures compliance with policies and safety regulations, monitors guest satisfaction and online feedback, and supports efficient, profitable operations while maintaining strong service quality.

Oversee hotel maintenance operations, preventive maintenance, repairs, building systems, safety compliance, inventory, purchasing, budgeting, and contractor coordination. Supervise, schedule, train, and develop maintenance staff while ensuring guest comfort, property condition, regulatory compliance, and timely resolution of maintenance requests.
