The Security Officer protects employees, guests, visitors, and company assets by patrolling premises, controlling access, monitoring security and fire systems, responding to emergencies, investigating incidents, checking packages and identification, and coordinating with law enforcement. Ensures timely service responses, regulatory compliance, quality work, employee development, and adherence to OSHA, ADA, fire, and sanitation requirements.

Manages front office and lobby operations, including guest registration, checkout, reservations, service standards, budgets, reporting, and complaint resolution. Supervises, schedules, hires, trains, and develops front desk staff while ensuring compliance with hotel policies and safety standards. Supports guest satisfaction, promotes hotel services and local attractions, monitors social media and travel-site feedback, and performs front desk duties as needed.

Leads hospitality business development by sourcing, negotiating, and securing third-party hotel management agreements. Builds relationships with hotel owners, investors, private equity groups, brands, brokers, and related professionals. Prepares proposals, pro formas, ROI analyses, growth plans, and budgets while pursuing strategic markets and joint venture opportunities. Requires a proven multi-year track record obtaining HMAs, strong hospitality real estate and financial analysis expertise, and up to 50% travel.

Maintains clean and sanitary hotel facilities by vacuuming, mopping, changing linens, disinfecting bathrooms, replenishing supplies, dusting, removing trash, recycling, replacing light bulbs, and reporting damaged items. Requires safe handling of cleaning products, physical stamina, attention to detail, teamwork, dependability, and ability to follow instructions. The role involves frequent standing, bending, lifting, pushing, exposure to cleaning chemicals, and occasional exposure to infectious materials.

Oversees hotel sales operations and leads the sales department to achieve revenue objectives. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and motivating sales staff; managing budgets, forecasts, pricing, proposals, and customer satisfaction; monitoring market trends and competition; coordinating strategic meetings; attending business events; and providing performance guidance and reporting.

Performs general hotel maintenance to ensure guest and staff safety, comfort, and satisfaction. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance and repairs across guest rooms, public areas, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, laundry, kitchen, pool, generator, and water treatment systems. Conducts fire and safety inspections, corrects deficiencies, responds to maintenance requests, and maintains compliance with building codes, OSHA, ADA, safety, and sanitation requirements.

Maintains hotel facilities and guest rooms in a clean, sanitary condition. Responsibilities include mopping, vacuuming, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, restocking supplies, dusting, washing windows, removing trash, recycling, replacing light bulbs, and reporting damaged items. The role requires fast-paced physical work, lifting and pushing, attention to safety, dependability, teamwork, and the ability to follow instructions and read cleaning product labels.

Manages hotel front desk and lobby operations, including guest services, check-in and checkout, reservations, service standards, staffing, scheduling, training, budgeting, reporting, and complaint resolution. Supervises front office personnel, ensures compliance with policies and safety regulations, monitors guest satisfaction and online feedback, and supports efficient, profitable operations while maintaining strong service quality.

Perform general property maintenance to ensure guest and staff comfort and safety. Maintain HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, pool, laundry, and kitchen equipment; complete preventive maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections; respond to maintenance requests; follow building codes, OSHA, and ADA requirements; perform physical labor and other duties as assigned.
